Day 16
We got a lot done on day 16. Chuck was working away on our window boxes and he had my Dad, and Mark Kelly helping him. JT and I finished running the PVC/cable run to connect the two buildings.
So... all and all it was a very good day. We are still waiting on some things. I found one of the missing pieces for the console, but it looks the other is going to have to come from an outside source, or have to be fabricated. David Rochester of Technical Audio Services is going to be helping us with the commissioning of the console, and he said he might have a lead on the part we need. I hope that works out because even though the guy we bought it from is willing to do it, I would hate to have to put him through that hassle.
David Rochester also recommend for power, a balanced 240 and 120 system with parts that they supply. I am 99% sure we are going to do this, but I am just waiting on pricing and a parts list. We are going to run the console and some other stuff that we can run at 24o, at 240 to reduce the electricity bill and heat generated by the console.
Anyway... here are some pictures... more soon. Thanks for reading!!

You wrote that you have two buildings. Did you buy two lots next door to each other, or are there two structures on the lot?
T
The two buildings are on the same lot. The owner had orginally built the 2nd building as a "garage". It had since been to converted into a normal office space type building with it's own AC. Only one bathroom on the property though... in the main studio. :)
